Configure the WiFi access
Once you have a device attached to your project in the cloud, you can configure the network (WiFi) access. The researcher will assist you with the proper credentials.
At this point, you have an Arduino board recognised by the Arduino IoT Cloud and configured to use your WiFi network.
Give yourself a pause.
Congratulations! You have made the Arduino IoT Cloud aware of your device and you have connected it to a WiFi network. It does not do much yet, but it is already a connected device.
